What happens after the first visit?

You may be instructed to follow some individual dietary guidelines for a short period of time before beginning your formula (usually 1 or 2 weeks). Your Herbalist may be able to alleviate some of your symptoms this way, thus reducing the complexity of your formula. At least one follow up telephone consultation will be needed, shortly after you start your formula. If all is progressing well, expect to return for one follow up assessment within a month of beginning your herbal regimen. From there your course of treatment will depend on your progress. Do not hesitate to ask questions at any point before or during your treatment. Much of CCHM is very different to what you will have experienced in the past. The better you understand what we are trying to accomplish and how, the more likely you will follow through with your program.
