What to Expect on Your First Visit

Please plan to send at least an hour during your initial assessment. Since CCHM was developed at a time when no diagnostic instruments (no even stethoscopes) were available, assessment is done on very basic but detailed information, most of which will be in the form of questions. From this assessment a health care program will be designed for you. This will include dietary recommendations (some of which may be very different from what you have heard in the past), lifestyle suggestions and an individually tailored formula. There may also be some exercises or acupressure techniques suggested to further enhance your well being.
